9:40am – Pure Barre
Pure Barre Classic -Join Zhara for a 25-minute workout that is a sample of our signature Pure Barre Classic class. You will be guided through a series of low-impact, small movements designed to improve your flexibility while strengthening and toning your entire body.
10:05am – Brick Bodies
Full Body Strength – Join Melanie Humeunik, CPT and Brick Bodies for a full body strength workout that will get you moving and feeling strong. Follow Melanie along to engage your legs, arms, and core in a quick routine that you can do at home or outside!
10:30am – Stretch Lab
Group Full Body Stretch – Join Suzanne for full body stretch for some of the most commonly tight areas of the body and some useful recovery tools that help flexibility.
10:55am – Brick Bodies
Zumba Dance your way through this condensed Zumba routine with instructor Tracie Baskerville that promises to be fun and engaging! Zumba blends the best of Latin and worldly beats to provide the pulse to raise yours!
11:20am – Pure Barre
